Antipasti:

Antipasto mediterraneo (Italian veg. Thali) a mix for two. Italian pickles, sundried tomatoes and olive tapenade, pappa pomodoro ,pesto sauce  ,caponata Siciliana .,truffle flavour  mushrooms, peperonata (sweet and sour peppers) Served with rosemary focaccia.

Parmigiana di MELANZANE baked  with buffalo mozzarella, smoked provolone cheese,parmesan basil tomato  ,served with pesto sauce and olives

Burrata cheese with honey truffle dressing and warm crostini.

(a pot of chicken meatballs with mortadella and pistachios, tossed in mild creamy pistachios sauce)

Risotto of the day .Carnaroli rice With seasonal ingredients check the board or waiter (allow 20 Minutes as rice is freshly prepared for you .

CARBONARA (non veg)

Spaghetti carbonara  ( with smoked duck breast , egg parmesan pecorino creamy sauce. (non veg).

VEGAN PESTO

Fresh farm made spaghetti with broccoli almond pesto and bits of  sun dry tomatoes .

Fresh farm made fettuccine cacio e pepe e lime ( with roasted black pepper lime zest and creamy pecorino parmesan) (veg)

Farm made stuffed with burrata cheese and tossed, roast cherry tomatoes and veg parmesan.
