FOOD MENU

Small plates: 

  • Cheese board with chilli honey with Italian puri
  • Cheese and mix salami ham with Italian puri
  • Paneer and mix vegetables Kanda with beetrot, wasabi, maio

From the bread box: (With multigrain breads only)

  • Antipasto Mediterranean (Italian thali), made with Italian dips, creamy sauces, pickles, and bread crostini
  • Classic tomato bruschetta
  • Mediterranean chicken mini burgers with roast zucchini and dill cucumber dressing.

Wood burn pizza:

  • Classic margherita
  • Parmigiana (crispy eggplant, basil, tomato sauce, oregano, mozzarella, parmesan)
  • Make me cry (capsicums, onions, sun dry tomatoes, green chilli, tobasco, gorgonzola cheese, mozzarella)
  • BBQ Chicken e spring onions
  • Potato and truffle (black truffle paste, rosemary, mozzarella, parsley)

Salad:

  • Garden salad with balsamic reduction walnuts and Goat cheese

QUICK BITES:

  • French fries dusted with peri peri
  • Hummus with Italian puri
  • Sev Puri with balsamic wine reduction sun dry tomato
  • Arancini rice Mix crispy rice balls (pesto, cacio pepe, arrabbiata)

Desserts:

  • Merlot ice cream strawberry carpaccio
  • Tiramisu
  • Roast pineapple and cinnamon cream brulee
